Friendly Tips:

1. Never process boiling liquids. Add proper amount of water or other liquid food when blending.

2. Food in the bottle is suggested not exceed the max line, leave some spaces to get best performance.

3. Blade base can be separate, please be careful when cleaning.

4. In order to protect motor, never blend continuously for more than 1 min. Stop for 2 min before next time use.

5.Confirm safety lock is in the right position before starting.

6.Do not overfill the ingredients bigger than 0.4 inch which makes the blades stuck and stop working. In case of stucking , the cup needs to be unscrewed to reduce the amount of food place, few ice or frozen fruits are available.

7.It’s normal that dielectric oil on new motor will generate small amount of smog and be smelly during first time use.
